We will process email opt-out requests within 2 business days. Written mail requests will be processed within 10 business days of receipt.

2. What Happens After You Opt Out

How quickly will I stop receiving messages after I text STOP?
Your opt-out is processed immediately. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further promotional messages after that. In rare cases, a message already in queue may arrive within 24 hours of your opt-out.
Can I opt out of marketing messages but still receive order updates?
Yes. Replying STOP will unsubscribe you from promotional and marketing messages only. Essential transactional messages related to your orders (confirmations, shipping updates, delivery notifications) are not part of the marketing program and may still be sent as needed.
What if I change my phone number?
If you change your phone number, our messages will no longer be delivered to you. The new owner of your old phone number will not receive our messages since we only message numbers that have provided consent.
